The poll also found that while voters generally recognize that the state needs to invest in such public infrastructure as highways, bridges, schools and levees, they reject a $32 billion infrastructure bond as the solution by a 52 percent to 43 percent margin. The Pala Band of Mission Indians is located in northern San Diego County, where a majority of the 918 enrolled members live on their 11,000-acre reservation, established for Cupeño and Luiseño Indians, who consider themselves to be one proud
